Abstract: Zusammenfassung Der Grundstückskaufvertrag stellt das Herz jeder Transaktion dar, und zwar sowohl bei der Investition in Immobilien bzw. ihrem Deinvestment, also dem Abverkauf, wie auch bei der Projektentwicklung. Auch bei dieser steht am Anfang der Erwerb eines mitunter unbebauten Grundstücks und am Ende der Abverkauf, also auch jeweils wieder die Grundstückstransaktion.
