Abstract: Zusammenfassung Der erste Schrei eines Neugeborenen ist ein berührender Moment. Biologisch entfaltet er die Lungenflügel und menschlich zeigt er: „Hier bin ich, bereit zu leben.“ Tränen und Demut sind die Antwort der anderen. Niemals wieder wird ein einziger Ton eine solche Fülle an Gefühlen erzeugen. Der erste Schrei ist der Schritt zur emotionalen Kommunikation. Aber kaum ist er vollbracht, ist der Höhepunkt überschritten. Was folgt, sind Regeln, die hemmen.
