Abstract: Zussamenfassung Manch ein Anbieter verkauft gerne den Einsatz seiner modernen Technologie als Vorteil für Sie als Kunden. Als normaler Anwender schaut man dabei in der Regel zu allererst auf das äußere Erscheinungsbild, die Benutzeroberfläche. Doch moderne Technologie sollte nicht nur an der Oberfläche erkennbar sein, auch die „inneren Werte“ zählen.
