Abstract: Zussamenfassung Sie kennen sicher das Problem: Die Anfrage einer Software endet in Tonnen von Unterlagen, Broschüren und Dateien. Zuletzt sehen Sie den Wald vor lauter Bäumen nicht mehr. Eine Vergleichbarkeit ist gar unmöglich und eine damit verbundene Entscheidung eigentlich kaum zu treffen.
