Abstract: Zussamenfassung Ein leidiges, aber sehr wichtiges Thema sind die Verträge zwischen Anbieter und Anwender. Leider kümmern sich zu viele Unternehmen erst viel zu spät um diesen Bereich. Man scheint immer davon auszugehen, dass es später schon klappen wird, weil der Anbieter schließlich den Auftrag erhalten will.
