Abstract: Zussamenfassung Dass Anbieter in der Vergangenheit erfolgreich, national oder international und bei ähnlichen Unternehmen deren Lösung implementiert haben, muss nicht bedeuten, dass dies auch in Ihrem Fall so ist. Deswegen ist es sehr wichtig, dass ein Implementierungsprozess besteht, der durch das komplette Einführungsprojekt leitet und die Zeit nach dem Go Live auch nicht außer Acht lässt.
