Abstract: Zussamenfassung Es gibt vielfältige Gründe für den Einsatz neuer Softwarelösungen. Auf jeden Fall aber sollte man sich im Klaren darüber sein, warum der Einsatz einer neuen Software notwendig ist. Diese Gründe sind wichtig, weil sie die Anforderungen an die Lösung, die Technologie und den Anbieter definieren. Schließlich wollen Sie sich mit einer neuen Lösung ja nicht „verschlimmbessern“.
