Abstract: Zussamenfassung Wann bzw. warum sind IT-Projekte eigentlich erfolgreich? Der Schlüssel hierzu ist ganz einfach die Motivation aller Beteiligten. Ob intern oder extern, ob Lieferant oder Kunde, Projektleiter oder Berater, wer die Motivationsfaktoren aller Beteiligten erkennt und auch adressiert, hat schon einmal einen riesigen Schritt hin zum erfolgreichen Projekt gemacht. Letztendlich ist der „Faktor Mensch“ ausschlaggebend. Leider wird dies in allzu vielen Projekten schlichtweg übersehen.
