Abstract: Zusammenfassung Das Internet hat innerhalb weniger Jahre die Art und Weise, wie wir leben, arbeiten und unsere Umwelt wahrnehmen, fundamental verändert. Dem Branchenverband Bitkom zufolge gehört der Umgang damit für den Großteil der Europäer längst zum Alltag: „Drei von vier EU-Bürgern zwischen 16 und 74 Jahren (76 Prozent) sind mindestens einmal pro Woche online“ (Bitkom 2016). In Deutschland sind es im Durchschnitt sogar 84 Prozent. Damit ist das Internet also im Alltag angekommen.
