Abstract: Zusammenfassung Agile Frameworks wie das Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) helfen in der VUCA-Welt (V = volatility, U = uncertainty, C = complexity und A = ambiguity) besser zurechtzukommen. Obwohl die Komplexität zunimmt und Aufgaben oft nicht mehr mittels einfacher Kausalitäten bearbeitbar sind, können durch iterative Prozesse und inkrementelle Strukturen effizient Lösungen entwickelt werden. Darüber hinaus lässt sich die Effektivität durch bessere Verbindungen zwischen Menschen, Führung und Aufgaben ausbauen. Denn Menschen können intuitiv mit weniger Aufwand erwünschte Ergebnisse selbstverantwortlich umsetzen, wenn sie sich sicherer fühlen und motivierter sind. Es wird gezeigt, wie die Verbindung des agilen Frameworks SAFe® mit wirksamer Führung gelingt.
