Abstract: Zusammenfassung Die Auktion und die verdeckte Erstpreisauktion stellen höhere Anforderungen an das Kalkül der Auktionsteilnehmer als die englische oder die Zweitpreisauktion, bei der die Höhe des abgegebenen Gebotes oder auch der Ausstieg aus der Auktion einfach vom Reservationspreis abhängen. Solange der Preis oberhalb des Reservationspreises liegt, ist es für den Auktionsteilnehmer vorteilhaft, weiter an der Auktion teilzunehmen.
