Abstract: Zusammenfassung Bereits bei der Betrachtung der Themen organisationale Transformation und Lernkultur wurde deutlich, dass Führungskräften eine zentrale Rolle für das Lernen zukommt. Wir wollen daher in diesem Kapitel die Rolle und Aufgaben der Führung in Bezug auf New Learning näher betrachten.
