Chapter Kapitel 16 in Die Übernahme-Formel, 2021, pp 187-190 from Springer

Abstract: Zusammenfassung Die Bedeutung der Kommunikation in Integrationsprojekten nach einer US-amerikanischen Übernahme wurde in den vorangegangenen Kapiteln mehrfach betont. Abstimmung ohne Kommunikation ist im Grunde nicht möglich. Eine Art der Kommunikation kann dabei als Generalschlüssel verstanden werden. Sie verhindert Fehlinterpretationen und hilft, Konflikte zu vermeiden oder beizulegen. Daher lohnen sich einige Gedanken hierzu und anschließend der regelmäßige Gebrauch.
