Chapter Chapter 3 in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in the Financial Sector, 2021, pp 37-46 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The chapter first provides an overview of industries, companies and individual company divisions that potentially have a sufficient number of processes that can be automated. One focus is on the industry-specific areas of financial organisations. In a further step, technical selection criteria for processes suitable for RPA are established and explained. The extension to business criteria—and the creation of process-related business cases—follows in Sect. 5.3 . The chapter concludes with a selection of proven RPA processes in the financial sector.
