Abstract: Abstract The following chapter first provides a brief overview of the current development of the overall RPA market. It then looks at the diversity of RPA software providers. However, this chapter deliberately avoids a comparison of software providers (by name). Section 5.4 provides details and advice on selecting the appropriate solution. The chapter also explains the role of RPA consultants and other implementation partners and defines four different roles they can take. Appropriate criteria are provided for the individual selection of suitable consultants and implementation partners.
