Chapter Chapter 7 in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in the Financial Sector, 2021, pp 119-132 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter summarises the success factors for an RPA implementation that have been worked out so far and explains them in a coherent and detailed manner. In addition, success factors that have not yet been dealt with in detail, such as the consideration of regulatory framework conditions, are also supplemented. The latter are particularly important in the financial sector, and increasingly also for the large area of information technologies. It is shown how the obstacles and challenges repeatedly mentioned in practice can be overcome by taking the success factors into account.
