Chapter Kapitel 6 in Leadership & Management, 2021, pp 31-33 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract As proposed, this paper has developed a scientifically, partly mathematically and partly empirically based constructive and componential theory of leadership and management, and therefore, it has exposed the fundamental rationality of both phenomena. Simultaneously, it showed that leadership is perception driven, and therefore, it is driven by individual assumptions, beliefs, expectations, and aspirations, which means, it is driven by culture, aesthetics and perception of harmony.
