Abstract: Abstract If you have gotten this far in the book, you have now gained basic insights into different new-work methods and formats that you can translate directly and practically into your working environment. But how can you do that? Based on the 50 New Work Hacks, this chapter will give you further impulses to support your work with the New Work Hacks. We will address the basic question of how a company can modernize itself and show which steps are helpful. Furthermore, we summarize the quintessences of successful implementation and approaches to meet challenges. These should serve as impulses for your own implementation of the New Work Hacks and as a basis for planning and action. Finally, we present questions for further reflection after reading the book “New Work Hacks”, which can consolidate insights and your own thoughts and, in the best case, turn them into concrete actions.
