Abstract: Abstract In our concluding outro, we would like to take a brief look at a possible future of work. At the same time, we want to encourage you to start or continue your own initiatives and efforts so that New Work will be introduced and intensified in even more companies. Let’s work together to find meaningful work and make it an integral part of the efforts of management, executives and employees. Life in “true north” is a thought experiment on the future of our work.
