Abstract: Zusammenfassung Mediation als eine Form der alternativen Konfliktlösung hat in den letzten Jahren zunehmend an Aufmerksamkeit erfahren. In der Wirtschaftsförderung spielt Mediation in unterschiedlicher Weise und in unterschiedlichem Umfang eine Rolle. Dieser Beitrag stellt das Verfahren vor und gibt Impulse für den Einsatz in der Wirtschaftsförderung.
