Abstract: Zusammenfassung In einer gesellschaftlich-ökonomischen Umbruchphase muss sich auch Führung neu definieren. Vertikal hierarchische Führungsmodelle sind kaum noch wirksam. Neue, auf Selbstorganisation ausgerichtete Organisationsformen und Führungsstile werden immer häufiger erprobt. Was ihnen zur Wirksamkeit häufig fehlt, ist eine transformative Haltung zu Autorität in der Führung.
