Abstract: Zusammenfassung „How to give people feedback is one of the hottest topics in business today.“. Dabei ist Feedback eigentlich nichts anderes als die Reaktion auf ein Verhalten oder eine Handlung und doch hat es eine sehr hohe Relevanz in der zwischenmenschlichen Kommunikation. Feedback kann Probleme lösen aber auch Probleme verursachen.
