Chapter 7 in Business Criminal Law, 2022, pp 211-325 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The category of operational risks is based on the concept of entrepreneurial activity within an economic establishment. This category considers the criminal risks associated with this business facility, i.e., all dangers and risks that arise from the operation of the business. It seems clear in this respect that the field of facility risks under criminal law is very broad. This is shown in the following overview.
