Chapter 1 in Corporate Communications In Restructuring Phases, 2021, pp 3-9 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The reasons for restructuring a company are logical, rational and data-based, but the effects of their implementation are highly emotional. Against this background, every management decision has a communicative effect. If this effect is not taken into account, the company’s reputation can be massively damaged. Professional communication is therefore a fundamental success factor in restructuring.
