Abstract:
Abstract Restructuring is always highly emotional—and an important element of emotionalization is images. Employee representatives in particular actively develop strong image motifs, which are gratefully picked up by journalists and in social media. Communicators must be aware of this and try to bring their own motives into play as much as possible.
