Abstract: Zusammenfassung Ein Projekt hat typischerweise ein klar definiertes Projektziel, ist zeitlich befristet und einmalig. Durch die Komplexität der Aufgabe ist ein Team und ein Projektmanager erforderlich, letzterer ist für das Projektmanagement verantwortlich – der Planung, Organisation und Kontrolle. Projektmanagement im Gesundheitswesen ist dabei besonders herausfordernd, da es sich in einigen wesentlichen Punkten von anderen Industrien unterscheidet.
