Abstract: Zusammenfassung Eine Projektorganisation ist eine Organisationsstruktur, die explizit für das Projekt und alle daran Beteiligten geschaffen wird. Typische Organisationsformen sind die reine Projektorganisation, die Matrix-Projektorganisation und die Projektkoordination. Das Projektteam besteht aus dem Projektmanager und den Projektteammitgliedern. Das Projektteam berichtet an ein übergeordnetes Gremium, dem auch der Projektauftraggeber angehört.
