Abstract: Abstract We now consider decisions of households facing prices for each of the $$\mathcal{l}$$ l goods. Assuming price takership, the households buy a best bundle within their budget. Therefore, we analyze the budget first and then derive a best bundle on the basis of budget and preferences.
