Abstract: Zusammenfassung Viele setzen heute Freiheit mit Mobilität gleich, und zwar geografisch, wirtschaftlich, sozial und virtuell. Doch das Recht auf Mobilität generiert auch Kosten – Kosten, die von jemandem getragen werden müssen: von den Verursachern, von einzelnen Gruppen oder von der Allgemeinheit.
