Abstract: Zusammenfassung „Die Umweltbedingungen des Geschäfts unterliegen einem starken Wandel“. Kaum ein managementorientierter Beitrag, der in der problemorientierten Einführung nicht so beginnt. Auch dieses Buch nimmt diesen Anfang. Hier ist es aber etwas Anderes. Der aktuelle Strukturwandel in Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft ist derart gravierend, dass auch die deutsche Immobilienwirtschaft aktuell vor den wohl größten Herausforderungen ihrer noch recht jungen Geschichte steht.
