Abstract: Abstract Lean management is the holistic approach of lean methods, the strategic implementation and the consideration and integration of the cultural level. The topic of leadership is to be combined with Lean to achieve optimizations not only on the methodological level, but to implement Lean as a corporate philosophy. Lean is applied outside of production in administration, development and planning. Lean is also used in other industries, such as service processes.
