Chapter 23 in Lean Management, 2022, pp 307-317 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The current state of processes is captured with key performance indicators. Lean uses the set of metrics from the categories of safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale. Within these categories, further details are subordinated. Key figures can be used to record the status and check the sustainability of measures. Benchmarking allows comparison with other areas and companies.
