Abstract:
Abstract Shop floor management stands for a management tool that pursues management at the point of value creation. The elements of shop floor management are, in addition to production-related management, communication, the visualization of key figures, the problem-solving process and standard-based process observation. Transparency in leadership and processes supports the idea of kaizen. Structured problem-solving methods enable the causes of problems to be identified quickly and eliminated in the long term.
