Abstract:
Abstract Lean and leadership are closely intertwined. Both topics have an impact on culture. Properly applied, lean acts as an organizational development that can deal positively with mistakes and promotes learning organizations. In order to set up a company holistically in the sense of lean, a comprehensive transformation is required.
