Abstract: Abstract After the production works in flow and an even workload is achieved by the customer tact time, a closer look at the logistics and the control of the material flows between the processes follows. The use of kanban is the key to production according to the pull principle, which replaces push production. The linking of material flow and information flow creates the basis for an optimized value stream.
