Abstract: Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel geht es um die Frage, welche systematischen Vorgehensmodelle dazu beitragen können, dass einzelne Bereiche in Industrieunternehmen auf ihrem Weg im Rahmen der digitalen Transformation unterstützt werden können. Die Darstellung erfolgt anhand eines Anwendungsbeispiels im Service-Sektor des Maschinenbaus.
