Abstract: Zusammenfassung Das Supply Chain Controlling ist eine wichtige Säule des Supply Chain Managements. Ein Supply Chain Management (Lieferkettenmanagement) erstreckt sich von der Source of Supply bis zum Point of Consumption. Es umfasst Material-, Informations- und Geldflüsse entlang der kompletten Wertschöpfungskette (Versorgung, Entsorgung, Recycling) und berücksichtigt auf seiner Sozialebene zusätzlich die Beziehungen der Akteure untereinander (vgl. Werner 2020, S. 7).
