Abstract: Zusammenfassung Der Begriff „Brexit“ leitet sich aus den beiden Begriffen „Britain“ und „Exit“ ab und wird als Synonym für den Austrittsprozess Großbritanniens aus der EU verwendet. Der Brexit stellt ein bemerkenswertes Ereignis dar. Es ist der erste Fall in der Geschichte Europas, in dem ein Mitgliedsstaat den Antrag stellte, die EU-Staatengemeinschaft zu verlassen.
