Abstract: Zusammenfassung Die Institutionen sind das organisatorische Innenleben einer Unternehmerfamilie. Sie bilden sozusagen die Hardware der Family Governance, während die in der Familienstrategie erarbeiteten Grundüberzeugungen und Regeln die Software darstellen. Die Institutionen sind das Gerüst, das die Familie gegen die Entfremdung stabilisiert.
