Abstract: Zusammenfassung Das LkSG kennt neben Zwangs- und Bußgeldern auch vergaberechtliche Sanktionen. Konkret ist neben den Verwaltungsstrafen und Bußgeldern mit dem Ausschluss am öffentlichen Bieterverfahren eine bewährte und dem deutschen Recht nicht unbekannte Sanktion im LkSG normiert.
