Abstract: Zusammenfassung Ganz im Gegensatz zu aktuellen migrationspolitischen Bestrebungen zur Schließung der Grenzen und zu rein nationalstaatlichen Lösungen kann die Migrationsfrage nur sinnvoll angegangen werden, wenn die Migration als globale oder mindestens überregionale Erscheinung verstanden wird.
