Abstract: Zusammenfassung „Künstliche Intelligenz“ befeuert schon seit längerem den aktuellen Diskurs in unternehmerischen Kreisen und gesellschaftlichen Institutionen, und wird es wohl auch noch länger tun. Ein schillernder Begriff, der vielfältige und unterschiedliche Reaktionen und Fragen aufwirft, oszillierend zwischen den Polen einer „totalen Befreiung“ und einer „totalen Unterwerfung“ des Menschen durch die Errungenschaften moderner Technologie. Der Beitrag wirft einen Blick auf den möglichen Nutzen des Begriffs und der Anwendung der KI für die zukünftige Entwicklung von Menschen, Organisationen, Gesellschaft und Wirtschaft. “Artificial intelligence” has been fuelling the current discourse in business circles and social institutions for some time now and will probably continue to do so for some time to come. A dazzling term that raises diverse and different reactions and questions, oscillating between the poles of a “total liberation” and a “total subjugation” of mankind through the achievements of modern technology. The article takes a look at the possible benefits of the concept and the application of AI for the future development of people, organizations, society and economy.
