Abstract: Zusammenfassung Als einziger Vertreter aus Deutschland war Michael Schmidt sowohl Mitglied der High Level Expert Group on Sustainable Finance der EU-Kommission als auch des ersten Sustainable-Finance-Beirats der Bundesregierung. Er beschreibt in seinem Beitrag, wie er die Arbeit und das Umfeld dieser beiden für die Entwicklung von Sustainable Finance wichtigen Multi-Stakeholder-Initiativen erlebt hat und zeigt auf, welche wesentlichen Erfolgsfaktoren in deren Zusammensetzung, Vorgehen und Ergebnissen erkennbar sind.
