Abstract: Zusammenfassung Auch bei juristischen Personen des öffentlichen Rechts werden Betriebsveranstaltungen durchgeführt. Um diese nicht nur lohnsteuerlich richtig zu behandeln, sollen hier auch die umsatzsteuerlichen Aspekte betrachtet werden.
