Abstract: Zusammenfassung Niemand bewegt sich gerne freiwillig aus der Komfortzone. Und dennoch ist es genau das, was passieren muss, wenn eine Veränderung stattfinden soll. Egal ob im persönlichen oder beruflichen Kontext, es gilt, diese Anfangsbarriere so schnell und effizient wie möglich zu überwinden, um den gewünschten Veränderungsprozess ins Rollen zu bringen – vor allem mit dem Ziel, ein positives Ergebnis zu erzielen, z. B. die Produktivität der gesamten Organisation nachhaltig zu erhöhen.
