Abstract: Abstract Digital disruption, Industry 4.0, Social Media Marketing—one could almost endlessly extend the list of terms and concepts used in the context of digital transformation. This chapter should bring some order to the hardly comprehensible set of terms. The two central features of digital transformation are to be worked out.
