Abstract: Zusammenfassung Wie nur wenige andere Rechtsgebiete ist das Arbeitsrecht und gerade das Recht der Aufklärung von Compliance-Verstößen von einer gewissen Rechtsunsicherheit geprägt: Die gesetzliche Regelung ist eher lückenhaft, und allzu oft muss die Rechtsprechung eingreifen, um sie zu ergänzen oder sie überhaupt erst handhabbar zu machen.
