Abstract: Zusammenfassung Ohne dass Menschen Verantwortung übernehmen, und Führungskräfte an vorderster Stelle, passiert gar nichts. Kein Produkt kann entwickelt, kein Problem gelöst und kein Kunde zufriedengestellt werden, wenn es nicht Funktionsträger gibt, die die Verantwortung dafür übernehmen, dass das gelingt.
