Abstract: Zusammenfassung Der Einkauf hat einen Mangel an einer Lieferung entdeckt. Der Verkäufer, ein reiner Händler, schlägt vor, das mangelhafte Teil beim Hersteller einzuschicken, denn „man habe doch Garantie“. Ist das wirklich besser als die vertragliche Gewährleistung oder etwa dasselbe?
