Die meisten Unternehmen werden nicht von einer einzelnen Person geführt, sondern durch eine Mehrheit von Personen, wie z. B. in einer KG bzw. oHG oder eventuell sogar in der Form einer Kapitalgesellschaft wie eine GmbH oder AG.
